The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The property and pools are sparkling clean. Parking is simple and all staff members very friendly! I have stayed here several times and will continue to do so

The hotel itself has some nice aspects such as the pool, the staff was amazing, and the room was okay. The hotel most definitely does not live up to the pictures of it. From the outside it looks kind of rough and on the inside it is definitely outdated which isn’t consistent with online pictures. The room was clean but like I said pretty outdated which is never a problem but it’s not what the pictures show.

The staff is excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. We reserved the in room pool suite. We live in town and wanted to soak in mineral pool and relax. Listing said there is a TV in pool area. My husband picked this room because he could soak and watch his football. Unfortunately the TV did not work. After numerous calls to the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do. The room itself was clean but could have been cleaner. Dust on lamp cords and the base boards are pretty rough. Linens were clean. Overall it was ok. I give it a 6/10. Disappointed we spent close to $200 for the night and expected amenities are not in working order.
