The property was great for families of all ages. We had teenagers and they had an awesome time! The pool staff was very attentive, even in the 115 degree temperature. On site restaurants were delicious, and location was perfect to great restaurants at the El Paseo, and super easy to get an uber to downtown Palm Springs. Can't wait for our next stay!

The breakfast was amazing! Pools were fun but hard to get a spot unless you pay for it. A lot of the reserved spots were empty so they could have lowered the prices and might have opened up gor other's or i would have considered getting one. The 3rd floor (maybe) water pressure was beyond low. Overall it was a great fun stay and I would go back. Just maybe during th week.

We stayed in the Villas. It was a nice stay. Exceptional help with the spa as it was way too hot to enjoy; staff came by and cleaned it and drained for a more comfortable temperature. It was convenient to have an outside grill. I was prepared and brought food to cook for the family rather than go out; this option made it nice to fully enjoy the Villa stay. It was great just to go to the pool and enjoy the grounds with the family as well. Will be staying again.

We had at great stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. They had a crib setup for me upon arrival which was nice! We enjoyed the pools, slides and relaxing around the lazy river. We had 3 kids so renting a cabana was worth the money to escape the heat and rest! Brunch was delicious and we felt affordable Valet - they work so hard and had our car ready quickly after texting. Check out was a zoo but I felt like they kept things moving as best as they could with people coming and going We do wish the restaurants were more kid appropriate. Menus were unique with kids options but not a deal breaker for the single guest visiting

If you have an electric car that’s not a Tesla check if their charger works before going. The hotel electric charger did not work and we had to travel outside to charge our car. That was unexpected
