The rooms are way too old and dirty. The owner is cheap by not willing to make small upgrades. We usually come here for the pools but it feels horrible to shower and sleep in the rooms. The reception staff are rude, unprofessional and with an attitude. The hotel has no concierge services and you literally have to walk the entire hotel to find luggage carts to carry your own luggage to the car. The restaurant food is ok, nothing too fancy with worn out dishes and utensils. This place needs a MAJOR RENOVATION. OWNER WAKE UP! No more coming here!

The first night there was no hot water in the shower. The second night the water in the shower was boiling. We called the reception. They told us that in 10 minutes everything would be fixed. In 10 minutes the water was barely warm, almost cold. And we couldn't take a shower. Moreover, the water splashed so much from the hose and all its connections that we had to cover the entire floor in the bathroom with towels so as not to slip.

Smashed bathroom window, broken door frame, front door was open, full 55 gal. container of trash, bathroom sink not firmly attached, weed in the kitchen drawer, mold in the leaking fridge, broken blinds, all window alarms not working, original windows - living room window lacked proper sealant and sounded like it was going to rattle out of the frame when the wind blew. And 5 miles from the spa.

The property is a bit dated, however, the staff was great, the food was awesome, and you can not beat the prices. It was our fisrst time and will come back for sure!

Room was falling apart, rat feces along edge of carpet, dirty boxers on patio, food was over priced and wrong. Only one hot tub worked properly. Complete disappointment!!!
