We’ve stayed at this property several times over the past 20 years or so the last few years it’s really been rundown. The air conditioning did not work in the room and we suffered 80° in the room at night. The showers are either very very cold or very, very hot, although the hot tub itself is very refreshing. They all had a musty smell, and if you look between the the lip of the cement and the tile there was a lot of mold, making it feel very unsafe.

Stayed here to go to Stagecoach, the rooms, hallways, elevators are extremely old and worn out. Room carpet was gross and the ceiling had massive water damage. Bathroom floor was sticky. Pool area was nice and the staff were friendly. But this place needs a major remodel especially for what they charge.

It was a very unpleasant stay for my guests and I. The water in shower was always cold and before every shower that was taken, we had to call the front desk to turn on hot water. When they would so call “fix it” they turned on hot water and it was either showering in freezing cold or scorching hot water. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen with those dangerous utility conditions. You can never adjust to luke warm water. Again only freezing cold or scorching hot.

Patched carpet, toilet wouldn’t flush urine, ice machines on both floors broken, main pool kinda cloudy and surrounding small pools old and chipped. Front desk lady was very sassy when assisting at check in and when we went to the front to ask for towels, you use your room towels and check them back in. Asked nicely for a few towels and no!! What amazing customer service. We were checked in for 1 whole hour before we booked accommodations in Palm Springs and left.

Overall, the hotel is fine. The room comes with a microwave, which is really convenient. However, there isn’t much to do around the hotel, and there’s no EV charging available in the area. You’ll need to drive to downtown Palm Springs. Additionally, one of the male front desk staff members was not very friendly.

I've already positively reviewed this place a few times, but after years of staying here, my opinion remains highly positive. If you've visiting Tucson and want an immaculate retro Southwest cactus & adobe vibe, a really good pool and hot tub, actually very good dinner and breakfast, and a comfy bed in a super retro room, there just isn't a better option I've found in the Southwest.

I have been coming to this hotel once or twice a year since the mid 80's. I have nothing but good things to say. Classy as can be and the pools are open 24/7! What more could you want?

For the price, it's not bad. The resort is neither the cleanest nor the most well-maintained, but for $110 a night on a weekday (Monday), it's acceptable. It includes a hotel stay with access to a couple of hot springs (as they call it), and for that, I'll take it. Don't expect anything super upscale or spotless. The rooms and exterior are definitely dated — not dirty, but showing their age. Some of the pool floors need maintenance, and a few tiles are coming off. That said, you really can't find many hot spring hotels at this price point. They claim the water is all-natural, but honestly, I’m not completely sure about that. Overall, if you're looking for a budget-friendly hot springs experience and don't mind a bit of wear and tear, it’s a decent option.
