When I got there they added another $10 charge on spa fees which was not disclosed when I booked the room. The restaurant when we went to it this time went downhill. It needs a lot of improvements with their food. The service was great. The room we were in had a urine smell in it and the place seemed dated. We enjoyed our last day but this one we just got up and left.

The rooms, halls, and painting all needs to be upgrade and refreshed. Our beds were supposed to be King but were queen. There were some nasty stains on the hall carpet that looked like a body was dragged out of a room. But staff was great and pools were very clean and amazing.

This resort is in serious need of some modern upgrades. When we checked in, we were not given a warning or advice about the scolding hot showers and how to remedy that. There was no cold water in the shower at all! The staff was polite and friendly, but the kitchen service was slow in getting our orders out in a timely way. The carpeting in the hallway leading to our room was filthy and ripped! Parking was very limited. The Jacuzzis could have been a bit warmer. We were expecting something nice and hot but after just two or three minutes in the hot tub, we were ready to leave. We feel that this resort could be much improved if a financial investment was made to make some modern improvements. We would even pay a little more to stay there if upgrades were made.

We had a good stay at Miracle Springs Resort & Spa for a night as part of a bigger trip around California. The pools/spas were amazing, and our whole family loved it (we got in after dark, and I didn't think we'd be able to swim so was very pleasantly surprised to find out they were heated!). That was pretty much the main perk. The room itself was run down, which doesn't bother us but I think if you're looking for an updated/new feeling hotel this is not the place for you. Beds were comfy, and balcony was cool as well.

We loved the hot tub /pool /spa. The check in staff could have been much more welcoming and informative about the property and amenities. The 2 times we dealt with front desk not friendly at all. David from the bar/restaurant was absolutely fantastic and very nice person. Spa staff was great as well. Carpet needs major upgrade in all areas sorry. We did luv the experience with hot spring
