Room was out of shampoo and conditioner, room had some trash, toys, and open candy left from previous occupants. Considering the price, I was disappointed. Staff was super friendly at check in, we requested some extra towels and they were brought to us in a timely manner.

We stay there every year during Thanksgiving since it is close to my relative house. I thought I am a silver member at least so I drink one of the bottle of the water in the room. Then I found out that it cost $3. I called front desk and they are nice enough to waive the fee. Thank you for that.

Maintenance had to come to our room 5x for repairs. Toilet was running and wouldn't flush (this was "fixed" three times during our stay), shower head burst and had to be replaced, bathroom door wouldn't latch, and finally housekeeping came in the room unannounced while my husband was on the toilet. There were no comparable rooms to switch us to. They offered us adjoining rooms for one night but said we would have to switch back after that night. We were told we were given Hilton Honors points to cover a couple days of our stay, but no such points have been added to our account after being told it was done 5 days ago. This place is nothing but lip service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
