Room had a lot of wear and tear and the beds were uncomfortable. Staff was super friendly. I noticed the shampoo and conditioner and lotion were all half used. That’s unsanitary. New bottles for a new guest. They are small travel size anyway…

We booked a suite. It was described as a full; kitchen. One would assume that icludes the equipment to at least accommodate 2-4 people. The room had one bar stool at the counter. ther was one dinner plate and one coffe cup one bowl and one plastice glass and one glass. There was no kitchen towel paper or cloth and no detergent for the diswasher. Some of this was corrected when we called the front desk.

I was disappointed that there were no safety bars in the bath. My room had a tub shower but absolutely no safety rails and I found the tub while showering to be a bit slippery. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. I hope they will consider installing safety bars/rails into all their showers.

We stayed at the Hawthorn Suites in Victorville on a recent journey south from Idaho. The room was spacious and very clean and the check-in was efficient and friendly. There were several places to eat close to the hotel - we choose Pieology - a pizza place - and took the food back to the room. However, the location wasn't ideal (for us) because it was very urban.
