Beautiful grounds . I liked the mineral pools they were nice. The pool was dirty but ok. The hotel needs a total remodel. Housekeeping was nice as well as the restaurant staff. A few desk clerks were not friendly. The food at the restaurant was good. Also the water temperature in the shower is either scalding hot or cold. No decent shower.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. The rooms & building is starting to look tired and could use some upgrade investment from the owner. Fresh paint, upgrade bathrooms. Screen & sliding door was sticky and hard to open.....ice machine was broken for our entire trip and staff said it had been broken for a while. All rooms are non-smoking yet there was a strong smell of smoking in the hallway most days. The positive is the pool & hot tub grounds are still nice and staff is great.

Property wasn’t close to the hot springs. Would have been nice to know that drive was required and the hot springs were not clean. Plastic bottles and trash were present in multiple pools. Was not what the picture sold!

Room was recently updated. It was clean. Only issue was the water situation. One night it was scolding hot. The next morning freezing cold. The next morning scolding hot again. The ice machine did not work by our room.

We’ve stayed at this property several times over the past 20 years or so the last few years it’s really been rundown. The air conditioning did not work in the room and we suffered 80° in the room at night. The showers are either very very cold or very, very hot, although the hot tub itself is very refreshing. They all had a musty smell, and if you look between the the lip of the cement and the tile there was a lot of mold, making it feel very unsafe.

Stayed here to go to Stagecoach, the rooms, hallways, elevators are extremely old and worn out. Room carpet was gross and the ceiling had massive water damage. Bathroom floor was sticky. Pool area was nice and the staff were friendly. But this place needs a major remodel especially for what they charge.
