The view was stunning, especially at sunset and the staff was very helpful. Only had one issue when an elevator door closed on my girlfriends arm while trying to load our luggage, but she was not injured. Other than that, it was a great weekend!

I upgraded my room to oceanfront and the front desk gave me a price. I was charged double that price, I had to move rooms because a/c did not work. A manager was to contact me, as none were there at check out and they had nothing showing I signed for the double charge. Nobody contacted me. Ever.

A fabulous place to stay, clean and well maintained grounds and rooms. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and was worth every bit. My family stayed here for several weeks and enjoyed themselves. Beautiful views of the dunes and ocean, food at Ox and Ocean was wonderful. Thank you for a pleasant and revitalizing stay!

This was a motel that Hilton decided it absolutely needed to throw a terrible interior decorator at, remove humans as staff, and make everything as uncomfortable as possible. We are talking bottles on the wall, one hand towel, no real coffee cups or coffee anything anywhere. The food is beyond trash. Who on earth consciously takes a beautiful handful of strawberries and grills them? Therer was only one waiter and one housekeeper who were nice. Everyone else is either asleep or doesn't care. This place is an abomination and I literally feel like I got trapped and robbed for four days. No robes. No slippers. No heat. Walking around here is a nightmare they covered up with stupid names for buildings which makes things more confusing. Be ready to pay 45 per day to park in a lot with broken lifts so you have to carry your bags upstairs. Just terrible in every single way. I hope Dominic gets a better job and leaves this hole.

Yes, clean and very helpful staff. Though the elevators,TV, and internet were not working intermittently… and I don’t think we should have been charged the Resort Fee because the weather’s was so turbulent and wet (floods etc) that the resort could not be used!
