Main room needed a good clean, there was dust everywhere even on the walls. Looks like the cleaner only runs around the middle with the vacuum. The shower recess had lots of mould. Could also do with a refurbish as for the price it’s looking pretty run down. Don’t know how it has the ratings it has. Wouldn’t stay again

Just a couple of housekeeping items were mentioned to reception on our departure even though we had mentioned one to housekeeping on the first day. 1. The basin was blocked and we had to continually wait for the water to recede before we could use it again.I did mention this on the first morning to housekeeping however reception knew nothing about it on our departure on the second morning. 2. Both shower taps needed their washers replaced.

Spacious and relaxing

Spacious and well appointed, wonderful rooms. Really pleasant environment - stayed in a couple of different room types and was impressed with both. Some limitations to breakfast and restaurant times but nothing to change enjoyment of the stays.
