They put me in a handicap room that had molded carpet and apparent leakage from the shower. The parking was ok, but they were over booked, and I had to wait about 20 min for an associate to check me in ( I arrived late on a road trip). The associate was friendly and professional. Needs a remodel but I'm sure that they are merely depending on the large amount of traffic from the

The best customer service by Darrell, the gentleman working the breakfast service. His service was so good, helpful, gracious, and a hard worker. I am an administrator on travel and these things really stick out to me. His service was impeccable!
