Meh

The room was decent, but the air conditioner kept malfunctioning. I called the front desk Anna they told me how to reset it. It worked, but after approximately 15 minutes it switched from cooling to heating. I reset it every time and it continues. The television also lost signal every 5 minutes for about 45 seconds. I called the desk and they said it was a network issue, which I found hard to believe since it lasted the entire 3 days of my stay.

The staff was great. The room seemed very clean except for some stains on the walls and ceiling, and we found a few cigarette butts when we pulled a chair out from the wall. The worst thing for me was the smell of smoke coming from the casino. I knew to expect some smoke (given it is a casino), but the hotel area is supposedly non-smoking. Our room was one that was the farthest from the casino, but it still smelled like smoke. Walking through the casino to get to the restaurant was actually nauseating to me. I’m a former smoker, and can usually handle a bit of ambient smoke, but this was over the top. Maybe they need to invest in better ventilation system? If you can handle the smoke, it was a great value. All of the staff were sweet and helpful.

Not the best stay as before but it was ok. Loud music played all night on Friday so did t get much sleep and the pillows were very full and hard. Bring your own pillows if you stay here. Room was great and staff were super friendly! Love their add on experiences you can make your staff funnier

The noise

The room was great overall. The jets in the tub are not placed well. The train goes by all the dang time blowing it's loud horn for long periods, SO DO NOT EXPECT MUCH SLEEP. You can hear the other rooms plumbing and people walking. The food is ew, just don't.

Great place for a road trip break

Husband and I stayed here on our road trip back to Seattle from Riverside. Room was clean and well maintained. Property was very well maintained and staff were super friendly and easy to work with, especially with my husband's service dog it's an airstream that they remodeled 4 days
