From the outside the motel looked a little outdated. I was a bit skeptical about staying. Once I entered the lobby the staff was extremely nice and the lobby was spotless. The room was very cute and super clean. There was no lingering smell of cigarettes at all. It smelled clean. There was no stains on the linens whatsoever!! Not only was the floor clean but the walls were actually clean too. No smudges or stains at all. I will definitely stay again.

Needed a room near the Fox Performing Arts Center that was affordable and within walking distance. This fit our needs perfectly. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with continental breakfast included. Will gladly stay again.

The rooms look just a little old, but really everything is fine, quiet, clean, helpful front desk staff, excellent location. There is some train noise starting around I think 6:00 a.m.

Did not partake in breakfast. Big disappointment was that I could not use a Hotels.com gift card to pay for my room. When making the reservation, I was given the option to pay in advance or at the hotel. I chose to pay at the hotel, but they would not accept it. This should be noted that not all hotels accept gift card payment, or not offer onsite payment at all!
