Reservation desk staff were very friendly & helpful. They made our stay really nice, I didn't realize that the building was having renovations done. We heard a bit of noise, but it wasn't bad. The room was clean & had everything we needed; ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you!

We arrived late at night and we were tired. Check in went well but as soon as we arrived to our room the trouble began. First of all who puts a coffee maker in the bathroom? There is plenty of room where the TV is located to put the coffee maker. Having it in the bathroom is just unsanitary and weird. Second, the bathroom was completely filthy…hair in the sink, spots on the mirrors and I’m not even going to guess what was on the shower floor. Third the AC unit was so loud we had to turn it off completely and it got so hot in the room we could barely sleep. The bed was so hard and the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. The pillows went flat very quickly. We switched rooms the next morning, however, that bed was bit much of an improvement. Still hard with flat pillows and a fitted sheet that would not stay on the mattress. The breakfast was pretty decent, but only if you got there early, otherwise everything was a mess and picked over. And on Thursday and Friday they opened an additional room so there was plenty of seats for everyone, however when Saturday and Sunday rolled around and the hotel was busier that is when they kept it closed to a smaller space. There was renovations going on but that is no excuse not to have enough seating at breakfast. Needless to say I will not ever stay at this place again and will not recommend it to anyone either. Now worth the money I spent for what I got.

Check out staff was real rude. Hotel was loud, can hear kids running around. You could hear other doors closing. Would not stay there again. Water pressure in shower was bad, the water sprayed 2 different directions. Bathroom door did not lock. And then I never seen a coffee maker in the bathroom before

Rooms really comfortable and we liked the area with the great restaurants. Please though scrub your jacuzzi more often. It looked like we were entering a motel 6 hot tub with the lovely yellow stained steps.

Staff was nice and the hotel is decent. Too many issues with the room though. We only stayed one night so didn’t report them. They included: refrigerator not working, bathroom sink drained super slow, tv not working properly, sheets on bed did not fit the bed and the food buffet left something to be desired. People were friendly though. Room was a train wreck.

Upon arrival, the outside of the hotel as well as the lobby was very clean. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff, and assisted with acquiring my room. The room was very clean, smelled nice, bathroom was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Not to mention the TV was mounted to the wall and able to be swiveled over towards the bed. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked a suite but the moment I checked in, they said that they were overbooked by hotels.com so they downgraded my stay to a standard room. I was truly disappointed with the outcome especially I had booked the room for awhile already and no one contacted me with the downgrade.
