I have used this brand in different locations in California. The moment I arrived I was greeted by Shardei (spelling) who I like to say in this industry a true professional…she checked me in and answered all my questions but more importantly is welcoming & friendly. Upon entering my Suite I found it clean and comfortable. My two small dogs approved the space of my suite for the area to walk around. I found the front desk staff from Angela (graveyard) & Steven (day) along with Shardei (swing) all to be an asset to this property and company. My King size bed is very comfortable and I slept soundly! A couple of items that would’ve made this suite perfect is a “love seat” couch or an Ottoman for the large comfy chair in the room.
I called down to the front desk to request the “Kitchen-Set” all the necessary items for cooking & serving. The only reason why I scored this property 4-Stars was that the cooking pan was literally “nasty”…I opened the Kitchen set and the first thing I noticed was the Teflon cooking pan had seen better days. Unfortunately, the surface was all scratched up and looked burnt. I had intended to cook that night but decided to wait and I thank Steven who issued me an almost new scratch less cooking pan the next morning. Sunday night I finally cooked my Beef Stroganoff with perfection! I found this property so comfortable that I extended my stay. A job well done to the staff at the Extended Stay America Roseville CA.
