Even though the property is old, you can see that the property has been renovated to the best it could be. The room was clean. The AC worked well and the filters were clean. Staff was very responsive to replace the broken microwave in my room. Grab and go breakfast was convenient and contained a variety of items. Walkable distance to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had a family emergency and found Heritage Inn closest to us. We're so grateful for the quickness we were able to reserve the room for my family. The ladies at the front desk, Ms. Jamie, and the young lady in the morning afterwards were excellent, attentive, and answered and helped us in a professional manner. We felt welcomed and appreciated! The room was clean and in order. Thank you Heritage Inn for your availability and affordability in such a time of need for our family. Blessings to all!

The water was shut off to the entire property Saturday morning. No advance notification to all the guests. I personally had a business appt that I had to cancel because I could not shower and get ready for it. I thought this was a display of very poor customer service. Really did not like the sunken tub. Grab bars were not even usable if you are getting in and out of the shower. The faucet in the bathtub is not functioning properly. I would expect some partial refund of my cost due to the extreme inconvenience of not having any water for well over an hour. I will never stay at this location again. Nor will I refer anyone to this location.

Terribly misrepresented

This hotel was extremely misrepresented in their pictures online. They must have photoshopped them since the pool was empty except a tiny bit of dirty water with no furniture on the deck (unlike the pictures). The room and bathroom had a very sparse, outdated feel with very old fixtures and finishes. The front desk staff was very nice and professional, but the rooms were horrible. Also, our room was right next to the freeway so very noisy even with our tv on (that was hung crooked) and white noise playing on our cell phone.

At approximately 9 am my wife was taking a shower and without warning the water turned scalding hot, then stopped running altogether, with her body covered with soap. The front desk lady said the water would be off for 10 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later the water came on. The staff should have advised us they needed to turn off the water before they did. Poor customer communication. Made us late to a very important meeting. Will be contacting corporate management for the motel to file complaint. Also my wife skin color is still red after 4 hours!

The place seems to be a lot better than what it is. The area is not to greatest, the place is good for only a night or two. Anything beyond that, consider: -loud noise (you can heard your neighbors using tv, shower, walk around, etc.) This facility is not flddxjnk
