On the pro side, the room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable at all times. They always tried to help. The breakfasts were very good, pleasantly surprised. Food was hot and flavorful. Kitchen staff were wonderful. On the con side, room was dated and there was no fan in the bathroom. Also our room was on the traffic side, 3rd floor, and the noise was awful 24 hrs a day . The medical center was kiddy corner and the sirens…ugh. The windows seemed so thin that they did not block noise. Would have been nice to open them and get fresh air, but there’s no way. Perhaps on the other side of the hotel you would not get the road noise.

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. I was able to get blankets from the front desk when the night before was too cold for me. Staff accommodated my request for a dairy alternative milk when I left a review regarding the matter but in this day and age I would think this is something automatically provided. Shouldn't have to be requested. Or perhaps keep it in the back fridge and supply when asked for.

White stain on furniture in room, hook on door falling off, dirty microwave, shower nozzle broken, cracks in bathroom tile, no smart tv - tv has two remotes. Everything is old and worn. Shabby. Key cards don’t work. The breakfast was the only decent thing and they started vacuuming and turned out the lights while we were still eating. We pay to relax and enjoy and there’s no common sense by the employees. Would not stay again and not recommend.
