This was a very friendly and helpful staff I’ve experienced at a hotel in a long time! Hotel is very clean and good location for what we needed. Decent breakfast options as well. Would stay again.

I chose Holiday Inn Express for the wonderful breakfast. The lady at the Roseville-Galleria Area location who assisted with breakfast during my stay was unfriendly, unwelcoming and uninviting. Each time I went to help myself to a serving of food, she was watching me from the back staff room observing my actions as if I was not supposed to be there.
