I. Liked: The place was clean and quiet. 2: did not like: We arrived at night. First af all, a strong odor of marijuana greeted us in the reception. The receptionist was nothing but nice. Said the bare minimum and asked for payment. “Not welcome, good night, etc. “ young and unmannered. 3: in the morning, BREAKFAST included (????) Terrible morning. Another young bad tempered & rude young girl was upset that I asked for the breakfast & replied: did you request it!? I thought the hotel would provide it in the morning like all other hotels I have been. This one. You feel a form and they ‘throw it’ at you in a paper bag with a bagel or a waffle in a plastic wrap. That’s what she did. Disrespectful and demeaning.

Convenient location Didn’t like the way breakfast was served. Carpets are old and furniture is dated. We weren’t told we needed to request housekeeping services so our room didn’t get cleaned. Front staff is young and needs more customer service training.

They did not have any USB outlets for charging you have the order breakfast the night before and the choices were very poor like a boiled egg , Bagel, cereal, a waffle and then pick it up the next morning to take to your room

I was happily surprised to see a mini-kitchen, with everything needed to actually live there! The bed was very comfortable and the price was reasonable. Will recommend and stay there again if i have the chance.

Bottom line if you’re not white DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Front desk Host was rude need to be fired. Spoken to the manger She promised a refund accommodation for the poor service i got. However, Expedia need confirmation from her. She was nowhere to be found.

Old with good bones

The staff was accommodating was very nice. Not too much within walking distance. Good japanese restaurant. The gym is small but sufficient. Older hotel but well maintained. Easy access to mall by car.vlose to freeway. No issue with room, bugs or heating. Good value.

We booked the grand suite with 2 king beds. The bedroom did not have an ac unit. Only the living room has the unit. We were miserable throughout the night. There were 2 fans in the closet so others have obviously complained. The bathroom has 2 sinks but one was clogged. Nice property but it’s showing its age. Also it says breakfast included but it’s a form you fill out and pick up. No hot food in case people are expecting that.

Nothing particularly bad or great. The location was good for my event. I'm becoming frustrated with extra fees that aren't included in pricing, in this case another hotel that charges to park in their open parking lot. 2 luggage carts are inadequate for this 3 story, 2 wing hotel, especially when housekeeping uses both for their work!

The rooms were clean the kitchen was so helpful. We were there for a tournament and being able to fix lunches to bring and meals in the room was so convenient. The breakfast, although limited was great because we were in a time crunch in the morning.
