I was asked to present my card when I got there concierge front desk person told me it appeared as I had already checked in. I went to the room. I was given, the television was on the room, reeked of cigarette smoke, and cockroaches went scattering when I clicked a light, went back to the front desk, asked for my refund and left

Ony check out day I saw the bedsheets stained with blood and the towels and hand towels given were stained with yellow spots-- the extra towels given weren't any better-- there's lots of homeless and gross men call calling and watching me go into my room-- I stayed for 2 night and my key card locked out day 1 I had to go to the office with the men creeping nearby

I liked this hotel but didn’t love it. You get what you pay for. For $65 per night, why not? The location is ok. The room was clean. Good enough but not great.

We cancelled after check in because there was a woman screaming obscenities half naked above our room! People working on vehicles in the parking lot as well as homeless people loitering in parking lot. This s not a safe environment. The website photos clearly are false advertisement there is nothing remotely similar to what is presented online

My only issue with this location is the management. I homeless and been staying at motel 6 locations and this one charged at least 3x. I’d make a reservation online and when I went to update my key card they’d asked for my credit card. At the time I did t think anything of it. But they charged that card and I got cr

Although the lady that checked me in was nice. At night I started to see roaches and was bit up by bed bugs. I had to check out early due to that issue and the lady Tasha was supposed to tell management for me to receive a refund and did not Instead made a note that I checked out at 2 pm. I was by in Vegas by that time because I drove 7.5hrs back after I checked out
