Horrible parking

Best part about this hotel was that it was within walking distance of the K St Mall area & the Safe CU Performing Arts Center. Parking was horrible. Bed was uncomfortable, very lumpy. Overall, a tired hotel.

This place was not in the greatest of areas. The place is very old and run down looking. The rooms are very dark and had a musty smell. Ac didnt work well. Blow dryer didmt work. They have an ice machine but cant imagine its been cleaned or serviced in a while. There are no vending machines to buy anything to drink. Went into office and asked if they had any drinks to buy and they said no.

It was a good stay,easy walking to event centers and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite noisey as it is center of a large city.

The hotel was conveniently located to the convention center. Pillows very soft. The place was a lot outdated. Car parking is right and ended up with many door dings on my new car due to the tightness. Hair in white sheets. Small area around pool.

Nothing special at all. It's a place to crash of you drank too much and know you wont be able to drive home. It was fine for a night but the only thing that I wasn't indifferent about was just how dismissive the staff was. I went down to the lobby and asked for water and they told me they didn't have any, the lady really could care less about doing anything to accommodate a guest.

The outside of the property was a bit scary and the pool looked gross. They have gates to swipe in to the stairwells to make rooms safer which was appreciated. Customer service was lacking in friendliness but got the job done. The room itself was huge, impressively clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would stay there again. Recommended, as long as you know what to expect.
