Watch out for false promises

TLDR: service was decent but didn’t actually give me the discount. Initially I got a solo room that had issues in the bathroom. The clip of the shower head was broken and I had to shower with a broken shower head and then the drain was blocked and wouldn’t drain the water for about an hour or hour and half. When I complained they said I’d get a 10% off of the room and they gave me a new room. The new room was great but after I checked out and everything, the charge on my credit card was charged the full amount and they didn’t take the 10% off from the final bill. I don’t have the time and effort to complain and be on hold for 30 min. So I’m just not going to come back

Rooms very nice, but strongly smelled of disinfectant. Property littered with trash. Parking was inadequate, partly blocked off around the building, and 2 homeless people in the lot. They require a written request by 10 am daily to service the room. Hot tub non-functional & roped off.

The room was nice, but I could not ever find parking because other tenants had guests so that’s unfair. Also housekeeping came into the room when my husband and i said not to. Overall, i will not come back.

The room itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, with a fairly wide range of choices, but they don't have enough tables in the fairly big dining room -- I had to stand in the middle of an empty space for the first half of my meal. The neighborhood is not so nice though. My walk to the store was unnerving.

The rooms were ok. The outside was rough and beat up, some of the parking was blocked off. The parking lot was dirty and poorly maintained. The hot tub was broken, the pool was cloudy. Parts of the area around the pool courtyard were blocked off with tape. The whole area just gives off rough vibes.

Room itself was pretty good for its price. However, it seemed like there were a lot of long term tenants living in the motel and surrounding did not feel very safe. People digging through trash can, smoking marijuana outside so all the smoke came inside of my room, noisy, etc. If you are just going to stay inside of the room, it is okay to stay but people living there felt very shady.

One pool gare doesn't work well. Our room has a section of blind broken off and shows obvious signs that a backup lock was removed from the door at some point. Guests were playing in the parking lot and the back area felt like long-term guests were very at home. Staff were great and very helpful. Our room was clean and neat.
