Excellent place to relax and enjoy. Lots of amenities such as a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. They do nickel and dime you with parking which was over $50 a night and a cup of coffee was over $5. They did not supply any in the Lobby. The only other negative was my room was not ready at 4:00 and I had to wait. Otherwise it's a great place in a wonderful location.

Remodel tastefully done but mandatory valet parking adds $104 currently to a 2 night stay. This hotel I have stayed at many times - it used to have self parking or valet. The wedding tent continues to be an eyesore that blocks 2/3 of the riverfront rooms that cost more. Ridiculous. Profit from events over patrons. This “temporary” huge event tent has been up for years. Used to be my favorite hotel in Sacramento with over 10 stays.

Very nice hotel, newly renovated with great surroundings and nice restaurant. Would be nice to have an option for self parking as indicated on the website, $52 for valet parking a night is very expensive!

I really enjoyed the quality of the building its decoration, and how clean it was. Loved the amenities and how comfortable the room was. I will definitely use this hotel again! One negative thing was the SPA area. It’s so small they don’t have availability.

Beautiful getaway with my wife

Spent the night for a concert at the Golden 1 Center. The hotel was incredible and Scott’s Seafood was delicious. The view was beautiful and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

Skin rash from hotel stay

The day after the my stay at the Westin I developed an extreme rash on my face which has also resulted large pustules, cysts and open wounds. I went to beauty school for esthetics and have years of multiple training in facial skin care and hygiene. I didn’t use any of the facial products there as I always use my own. I have not changed anything in my skin care routine, diet or exercise for years nor have I broken out in years. I believe that I contracted this rash and skin condition from the sheets, robe and/or towels. I am experiencing discomfort bd have not been able to find a solution to this matter.

Only thing that was a disappointment was there was a party going on in one of the rooms at 1am, then 3am then 430am. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

Very nice and safe location, with a direct view of the river. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and personable. The property is close to downtown and the baseball stadium. I would definitely stay here again!
