Bed sheets were dirty. I asked for the sheets to be changed and they never were. Towels had stains, I put them by the door and they just folded them and put them back.. worst double tree hotel I’ve stayed in.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Asked for a bed for a newborn said they weren’t sure if they had any. Brought a roll in bed and was upset they sent the housekeeper to bring the wrong bed. Had to call again to verify if they were bringing a bed and had to wait almost an hour. Come to check out I left milk for my newborns in the fridge before check out and I loaded up the car and my kids. Run back ups stairs and there’s items left in the fridge and they were gone by the time I got up there. Including alcohol. Left the open drinks on top of table a long with food that was left behind by the housekeeper. There was alcohol, also drinks for my kids took multiple other items in the fridge for them to be stolen from the housekeeper. 30 min before check out. Ridiculous would never stay here again.

Great value for a great hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree Hotel. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. We had a great room. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the buffet room. Well worth the extra $10 we paid.

Concert Trip Stay

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and beds including pillows are soft and comfortable. I was very disappointed with a few things, the first one being that the water pressure in the shower was horrible. We had to shower with low water pressure, requested maintenance to come they said 30mins than he showed up and I was in the shower because I was on a time crunch to get ready for an event. Than my sister asked him to come back he said 5 mins, and never returned. Secondly if you know your hotel guest are having reservations why is the shampoo, conditioner, and body washes not fully stocked so that we can have it to use, instead the bottle of conditioner was practically empty.
