Drove in and the area was not the best. On a busy street that people drive like a highway. A room door was open so I peeked in and it did not look clean. Rug was dirty. Went in to ask about check in but already had a weird feeling about the area and safety. The young man at the front desk was rude. I called expedia right away and asked to look into a different hotel. Bottom line the Hotel charged me one night and refunded the extra 2 nights. Was out $190 for peeking in a dirty room and it was early when we arrived. To early for check in. If you have children this is definitely not the place to stay.

Breakfast was hot and plentiful, but a bit bland. The hot mini-waffles were a nice bonus. Beds were comfy. Buggest issue was with the condition of the carpets was aweful. My room smelled like dog pee. I think they need to instill a policy of having designated dog friendly rooms so that the pet lovers who are used to pet odors can stay in those rooms and those of us who aren't can avoid it. The door of my room was so hard to open that we had to hip check it to get in and slam to close after. We complained about the smell and door and were moved.... but the next room had the same issue with the door.

A decent place to spend a night

A simple night's stay. It was fine. The parking lot is pretty small and it was hard to park. Fortunately, we have a handicap placard and there was one handicap spot. It didn't seem that there was air conditioning. Fortunately it was not needed.

The staff was very kind and welcoming but we were not impressed with the room. The room smelled musty, had mold and hair on the bathroom ceiling, cigarette burns on the bedspread and couch, the outlets on the side of the bed didn’t work, and the carpet was filthy and left us with black feet. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was very old and poorly maintained. The carpet was extremely dirty, with large, visible stains that were unbearable. The sink was clogged and the water wouldn’t drain properly. The toilet kept flushing on its own and made constant noise, as if someone were repeatedly flushing it. The couch was also very dirty and unclean. The photos online looked great, but the actual condition of the hotel was nothing like the pictures. To make things worse, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked if I could see the room before checking in, she abruptly said, “I’m canceling your booking.” Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
