Super clean! Great location in Ocean Beach. Very short walk to beach, 10 minute stroll to lots of good restaurants. Owner communicates quickly and has the property stocked with *everything* you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The only downside (and I blame VRBO, not the owner): I searched VRBO for listings with parking and laundry, and this property was in the results. The only parking is street parking, which is a big challenge in Ocean Beach. (There is a little no parking zone in front of the apartment so at least you can easily pull over to load/unload your luggage and anyone who is tired of walking.) The only laundry is a laundromat a block away. If you are ok with that, you will absolutely love this property!

We're retired and looking for a place near Dog Beach to stay with our fur babies. Also wanted to be able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. The owner was very thorough in communicating with us, giving us tips on our trip and making sure we were satisfied and had our needs met. Really appreciated her attention to details and questions we had. This apartment was perfect for our needs, had all the amenities plus extra. Very clean, updated and comfortable to stay in .The owner had everything you need to have an "at home" experience without having to pack half your car with daily necessities such as dishes, kitchen items, towels,etc. Bed was very comfortable, AC available if needed. Apartments were well insulated ie you don't hear a lot of noise from other tenents. Our favorite part was location- out the front door and about 2 blocks to the beach, in fact you could actually see the ocean at the end of the block. Added bonus: this place has all the beach items you need- beach chairs, mat, wagon, and umbrella! Saved us from having to haul the same items or rent. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful property again and again.

What a perfect place to stay in Ocean Beach! Steps from the beach, an easy walk into the heart of Ocean Beach as well. The unit is pristine clean, loaded with amenities for the beach, family games, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to stay in and cook. Beautiful patio area to hang out in! The host is warm and gracious, super responsive and checked in on us to ensure our comfort. Will always stay here when visiting Ocean Beach! !

Check in was super simple. Apartment was clean, and user friendly. We had everything we needed. Target was super close & a one stop shop for food/drinks. Literally steps to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. Easy to Uber downtown as we preferred not to drive. Took in a couple baseballs games, toured the USS Midway, and explored Gaslamp Quarter. We enjoyed having coffee on back patio which was a surprisingly quiet & private area! Bed was comfortable, and there was more than one roll of toilet paper :)

Location is amazing. A block away from the beach so kids click traverse back and forth without worry. Had all the amenities like gas stove outdoor space and towels and chairs for the beach. Downtown ocean beach wasn’t our style but if you turned right out of the unit a smaller little down town area with two great coffee shops (coffee cycles was our fave) and a good sandwich shoe, tacos, a brew house and pizza, close to freeway to go to Padres or anything else downtown. We brought Enough clothes so I didn’t have to do laundry as the unit doesn’t have a machine. Only downside was there is no parking attached to this unit and we have a large car so finding parking was a bit difficult at times. To unload and load we just had blinkers on while putting stuff in while parked in front of the unit. Overall it was great, couldn’t beat the location!

THE DIS HONESTY THREW THE ENTIRE STAY IN THE TRASH . I WAS CHARGED AND BLAMED FOR SOMETHING I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH. THE CREW DID NOT INSPECT THE HOME THOROUGH ENOUGH TO KNOW SOMEONE ELSE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED ON THE SLEEPER SOFA. I AM EXTREMLY DISAPOINTED IN THE WAY THE SITUATION WAS HANDLED.

Awesome Newly Updated Property

The place was clean and beautiful with fun and thoughtful decorations. The recent remodel is beautiful. It felt super comfortable and homey therePlus, just a few minutes walk to the beach, dog beach and tons of cool restaurants and shops. The property owner is wonderful and even provides a cute outdoor space with BBQ and there are also beach chairs in a cart you can take to the beach!It was a wonderful and relaxing time there!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay here with my family of 5. There was enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance from this apartment,from a market,restaurants and the beach as well. My kids really enjoyed all the beach equipment they provided which made us have a perfect beach day.It was closed to everything but in a quiet neighborhood.We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay, the whole family had a wonderful time! The owner was very communicative and provided great details for check-in, what was expected and check out.
