This is our third time staying at this hotel. We love the convenience to the freeway, ease of parking, clean rooms, safe and quiet and who doesn't love free breakfast?

Everything was good, just didnt make the bed often I think they did it only once. They did however cleaned out the room, trash and bathroom with a change of towels. The laundry machine kept having an error and didnt unlock the door so we had to unplug open door then get our stuff out. A younger gentleman in the front was very helpful.

Breakfast was good (waffles, sausage, eggs, etc.). Pool is very, very small. No elevator. The key card I used needed to be reset five times. Being on the third floor with no elevator...I had to go up and down multiple times just to get into my room.

The hotel is old and needs updating, a lot rust in the room, the room service didn’t make our bed but went thru the drawers, the front desk still charged the wrong card after telling him to put it on another card. The location was great, but the rooms need to be remodeled
