You could tell it was an older hotel, the paint on the handrails inside was peeling off. The price was reasonable going through Expedia, the non Expedia price was normal. I was offended that because I was a single woman in a room, I was asked if I had any bags, the clerk seems to think that I was going to used the room for something other than sleeping. I was a female traveling alone. Of course I had a bag but left it in the car when I checked it. Maybe I took what he asked wrong, but I felt it was inappropriate.When I went for breakfast the sausage was greasy, scrambled eggs were over cooked. The breakfast was under par, and when I got coffee and finished the cup, there were coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. Very disgusting.

Good basic accommodations.

Good overall, enough for a couple of days when your house is being fumigated. Just basic, clean, accommodations. Although I have to say that the beds are really comfortable.

I had to deal with cocoroaches in my room during my stay for 3 nights and 4 days. Comfort inn said they couldn't do anything because i booked thru Expedia and the Expedia said they couldn't do anything unless the Comfort inn approves cancelation for refunds.

It served it's purpose.I would strongly suggest room 311 be steamed cleaned. It smelled of urine walking in. We purchased Fabreeze Fabric spray and a car clip refresher for our 2 night stay

Another great stay. Great as always. The only minor complaint, checkout day -- I took some items out to our vehicle to pack and when I returned to the room and tried the room key it went red and door would not open. Luckily a housekeeper knew it was my room and pass keyed me in, thus saving me from having to get a new card at the lobby. Mgmt may want to check their system because the key card should work until check out time at a minimum. Still, great location and staff. And only a minor glitch. 😇👍

The Worst Hotel Experience – Stay Away! We had the worst experience staying at this hotel, especially considering its price category. Beware! We arrived with our children for a sports competition after evacuating from the fires in Los Angeles. They placed us on the first floor, right next to the breakfast area. As soon as we opened the room, we saw cockroaches and centipedes crawling on the floor. We immediately requested another room and were moved to the second floor. The first night passed, and we completed the first day of competitions. In the evening, after the kids had fallen asleep, I walked out of the bathroom and saw a mouse jump out of the trash can! It was horrifying—11:30 PM. What were we supposed to do? Stay in a room knowing there was a mouse running around? Wake up the kids, who needed to be well-rested for the next day? We called the front desk, and they said they couldn’t do anything except offer another room again. We considered moving to a third room for the night and packing everything in the morning. But the thought of the mouse running around our belongings was unbearable. So, at midnight, we packed all our bags and switched rooms once again—hoping we didn’t bring a mouse along with our luggage. The next morning, we went for breakfast at 9:30 AM (which was supposed to be available until 10 AM), only to find nothing left. When we asked if they had at least the bagels they had earlier, they simply said, “There are none.” To top it off, we requested a
