For the budget conscious travelers this hotel works. Some amenities are outdated, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was best for us, very near the airport.

When I first got to the property, the customer service rep was very rude and unprofessional. I asked a question and got a rude response from her, I called ahead of time to request a room on the lower level due to my disability, although they did meet my request they also told me that my room was going to be ready an hour and 30 minutes early than the regular check-in time which is 4 PM. I got there at 3:45 PM and once I finished up all the registration stuff and paid the security deposit for my room. They told me I will have to wait an additional 30 minutes after check in time to get my room keys to get into my room. I feel as if that is a very inconvenience for myself and my one-year-old daughter that was riding with me. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel. The staff are rude. The breakfast is terrible and the customer service is just horrible all the way around and let’s not even mention the parking. The parking is horrendous. Don’t believe me stay there for yourself and come back to me after you read this review after you’ve done stayed

Mini vacay

The check-in was quick and staff was very friendly and helpful! I wasn’t there most of the day just to sleep, but the breakfast was good to start your day. The only issue was the parking in the parking are was not very spacious and there is an extra charge to park there otherwise you have to park in the street. Also my room was facing the freeway and I heard the cars all night, but otherwise quiet in the facility. I would stay here again because of the staff and easy access to travel around the city.

Good and quick stay. We booked this hotel on our way to San Diego Airpot. The hotel is on a good location and near airport. The gentleman and front desk was very professional and customer service was great.
