Very helpful staff, hotel seems to be going through a renovation. Rooms were a little dated but everything worked. Cleaning crew, bistro staff and front desk were all very professional and customer friendly.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel is in a nice area and has good amenities, however, the rooms are old (popcorn ceiling, dated bathrooms, old carpets) and cleanliness was a bit questionable. They are undergoing renovations though, so I think it’s pretty temporary.

When staying here, be prepared to order in or go out every day, as the bistro was never open when we tried to go to it, some excuse was given that it had to close early or was not open due to a revolving round of excuses. The room was ok, but not enough outlets to make it useful, and the bed felt like it was poured from concrete, but given I was in town for an appointment it did its job but I will be trying other options when I am in the area
