First time our card didn’t work to get in our room at check in. Went out to dinner with friends and the new card didn’t work and waited an hour to have the front desk come back to get a new card.

Hotel is on a rough street, lots of homeless. Fwy goes over hotel and on the side, railroad tracks directly behind hotel, train blares horn. Room was not upkept holes in drywall. Would not stay here again.

Front desk did her best, unfortunately our reservation for a non smoking was given away, they gave us another room that seemed to be hurried up and cleaned, the occupied rooms seem to be some family but mostly individuals the frequent the parking lot, again front desk did the best they could

Do not stay here. It only let me upload 8 photos but I have so many more. Horrible service and rooms only stayed for an hour till I could find a better place to stay. The room is in shambles and every door has been forced open at some point. Even the window had been broken into.

Bad place to stay

First of all smoke alarm didn't work the shower head was out of the wall the bathtub had cracks in it people running up and down all night long no clean towels when I asked for him drug dealing going on prostitution there was bed bugs I feel I need a refund on my money because I tried to call the front desk didn't do no good it was just a terrible terrible stay I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog but I would like to get my money back for the three nights I stayed there for part of thank you

Check in and out very easy, staff tried hard to be accommodating. Doesn’t seem like they have a crew for site maintenance. Trash overflowing, cigarette butts everywhere. Should have a no smoking wing instead of random rooms. Rooms very bare, linens were worn and tattered. The toilet, sink and shower were recently replaced which was a plus.
