- Full-sized pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

- One bathroom with combination tub/shower.

- Gas range.

- Keurig single-cup coffee maker.
- Plenty of dishes and glassware.
- If you love to cook, bake and BBQ like we do, you'll find everything you need and plenty of counter space.

Parking Arrangements:
- You will have access to a carport in the back of the house.
- The spot is very tight and will not fit larger vehicles- dimensions are 6' (W) by 13' (L).

Additional Amenities:
- All bed linens provided.
- All bath and beach towels provided.
- FREE full sized washer and dryer for your use (shared with unit above.)
- We provide all the little things too: paper products for bath and kitchen (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex), bath and hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, zip lock bags, tin foil, and cleaning products.

Property Access and Safety:
- Key-less Entry: We have a key-less entry system so that you will never have to pick up or keep track of keys.
- We send door codes via email 24 hours prior to arrival time.
