Ten minutes after checking in A crew of guys knocked on our door saying they needed to do a quick service on the AC I know they were just doing there job but they were super noisy and the whole process took about thirty minutes and leaving a trail of water behind them Not long after they left my wife saw a roach on the kitchen floor. And also found one in the bathroom sink. We didn’t say anything to the host at the front desk since she had told us from the beginning that she was just covering for someone else and she wasn’t real familiar with the property. The place had a bad smell and is in desperate need of a makeover All trash cans outside were overflowing with trash and more then once there was a bag of laundry in the elevator A refund would be much appreciated

The room smelled like smoke the hotel elevador was all dirty around the walls. Dirty linens left in a bag in the elevador... the customer service was terrible

Everything is old. Dirty bathroom. Each night I had to go back down and get a new key for my room since it never worked. They advertise that they have free breakfast. Coffee and old muffins and instant oat meal doesn’t make a breakfast.

Gross and Run Down Hotel

There was still stuff in the fridge including fast food and a gallon of MILK. The room itself was dirty and had marks all over the walls and furniture. The hotel itself was also in poor condition.

Safety was a consern due to the electronic keys continually not working and the door closes very slowly. Someone could come in if you dont close it yourself. Though the staff was very nice and mostly accomadating, the maintanance never came in 12 days to fix the bathroom sink.

Comfy and polite staff

One of the cleanest places ive stayed. Staff was extremely polite kind. Room was clean and pretty well kept but cant really compare to an expensive hotel. Brought our 1 year old on a trip and slept great. We also did. Small elevator and just one. Bell cart was broken and a bit too big for the hallways. You can hear guests trying to us it in the room. Cant really complain for the price. I have a great experience.

The facility is run down and dirty. Front desk was unstaffed when we tried to check in. No building safety as back door was propped open overnight. Groups of people standing around outside the front door and parking lot taking smoke breaks - although understandable it did not add to the ambience of the place. Avoid.
