My Husband and I got to the property and the lady at the desk was so nice. We were able to check in early and we were ungraded to a beautiful suite. We had a wonderful and everyone there was so polite. This hotel has tons of character, and I loved it.

The hotel is very old. It needs a big renovation. Bathrooms smell so bad and the fan was too weak to cover it. Too expensive for that old hotel. Only location is convenient. No parking only valet

AMAZING

This hotel is in the perfect location for a great stay in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter! Walking distance from great restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, dancing, even an awesome farmer's market on Saturday in little Italy. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The only downside is the parking situation when arriving. They charge to park with their vallet and other places around the property seemed unsafe to park.

The hotel has lovely character. Very charming woodwork and high ceilings. The room was clean and well-appointed with fridge and microwave. The staff were very responsive and helped me out mucho by sending back an article of clothing which I left in the room.

The old building possibley rats in the wall and carpet smell and around the hotell full of homeless and dirty . noise at night wont lett you sleep not worth the value they charge .

From walking in the front door - amazing. Staff was inviting and friendly. Room was HUGE! Small apartment. Clear views to the streets. GREAT restaurants associated with hotel, easy access. GREAT restaurants all around. Walking distance to marina.
