The Shower water is running too low. The sink is draining too long I was asked them to clean my room. They said yes but they didn’t do it. I can say the service is terrible.

Check-in was convenient and easy. The room had a bit of an off smell, and parking was rough. There were multiple weddings over the weekend, which caused a lot of noise but aside from that, it was a good stay overall.

The room was clean and the staff was kind. but the room was suppose to be cleaned every other day. even though we checked with the housecleaning on the floor and she said she had us down. they did not clean the room or change the towels to restock.

The room was clean. Everything else seemed to be past its course in the room. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress had a big dip and felt lumpy. Pillows were hard and lumpy as well. Did not get much sleep trying to find a comfortable spot. Both TV remotes didn't work properly. Had a hard time switching channels. A bath towel had what seemed like a blood stain that didn't wash off. Overall I was not thrilled with my stay. I will not be staying here again.
