Heating in the room didn’t work so was quite cold. Toilet kept running. They have robots in place to deliver things but they should spend money on a modern update on rooms. Staff were nice and polite. Convenient location for our needs.

The room was in terrible conditions, no water for one night, no light on one side of the bed, the bathtube dirty, and the water didn't come sometimes. They changedme to another room, offering to make the room every day, and they didn't for 5 consecutive nights.

It was a reasonable hotel, beautiful lobby, and simple rooms. Staff was kind and helpful. I did schedule a wake up call however that did not happen, so I was thankful I had my own alarm as well. Would still recommend the hotel.

Yes, the room was clean and smelled of fresh furniture. By the banging next door I assume it was just renovated. Lights by the beds didn't make much sense, but didn't need to use them. Staff was friendly, and let us know - after checking in - that there is construction on the weekend. Luckily they didn't start at 8:30a on Sunday on our floor, as we were told they would. I will probably stay with you again, as my son lives across the road and I live in Los Angeles.

got there at 2:30p - my room wasn’t ready until 4:15p Renovation while guests staying there- got woken up at 9:30am from all the banging/ drill noises. I hate the new upgraded room! Horrible!! the OLD room was nice - cozy and warmth! This used to be my favorite hotel until now.
