The room was peculiarly set up. Lights in wall on each side of bed cannot work as reading lights because they cannot bend. They are like searchlights glaring into the room if turned on. Large chair was very uncomfortable. Remote did not work. Likely needs batteries. Because room is not serviced everyday we had to get coffee and tea pods from downstairs. Staff at registration was friendly and helpful. General sense that premises are maintained at a B rather than an A level.

The room was dirty, mold on bathroom floors and faucets. The toilet seat was dirty too. The bed was very old and uncomfortable mattress. I had to buy sandals to take a shower because the shower was so dirty. Tye staff was nice.
