Lovely stay in October. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Room was good. My only complaint - having someone knocking at my door at 10.30 on the day of leaving to say - are you going soon? Still left a tip, but bit of a tarnish on a nice week. Pool area needs a lick of paint and the heating was not on - 24degs outside, so not a major issue.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay however I did complain about an issue in my room and no one ever followed up with me. I had to report the issue 3 times.

They provide breakfast every morning but the food was almost the same every day. They charge $60 for parking. The kitchen in the room has basic cooking facilities. The kitchen paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues they provided were of poor quality. Tne location is good.

Mattress under covers/bed sheets badly stained all over. Dirty bed sheets. No self parking available only valet parking for $60/night. Lucky we were able to find street parking. Management offered a discount for the night we stayed in the dirty room, and moved us to another room. I would not stay at this hotel again.
