The staff was fine. The room had a table with one chair. Two beds and one chair. They provided a coffee pot, cups, sugar, creamer - but no coffee. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.

Room was good, but what I found not great was I took a room with kitchen for a reason, I wanted to prepare meals there. Two burner stove all nice and good, but absolutely empty cup boards. What is the point of that? No pots, not dishes, no cutlery, just a couple paper cups. Am I supposed to travel with my household in the suitcase as well? Never had that before. Also in the bathroom, no hair dryer, no body wash, no way to put at least my soap on a shelf in the shower. Just had to put it on the shower floor. And parking is extra, but you might pay and not get one of the few spots available. I can recommend the BUZZ coffee shop on the other hand for a nice coffee in the morning.

Bathroom had no running hot water, drain plug to bath was broken, bad parking layout (paid parking), not as nice as photos shown, poor wifi connection. Graffiti tagging inside of furniture. Horrid hospital lighting in room. Staff was friendly, and room was clean when checked in.

My stay was unacceptable from start to finish. The room was infested with cockroaches and had a terrible odor that made it difficult to stay in. Despite being advertised as a kitchenette, there were no pots or pans provided, making it useless. The room's maintenance was poor: the window had no screen, and the blinds were covered in grease stains as if a mechanic had been working on them. To make matters worse, when I tried to address these issues, the person claiming to be the General Manager denied being the manager to avoid responsibility. Truly awful experience; I would not recommend staying here.
This was one of the roaches.

Staff was friendly, clean room, great location. but didn’t like someone isn’t there 24 hours a day. Paid for parking but I didn’t have a parking spot to park, I had park on the street. Bed was pretty hard, but for a 1 night stay it’s ok. Great water pressure in the shower.
