Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice, quiet, and peaceful. The restaurant food was solid and server was very kind. They do need to update the menu to the prices charged on the bill. Avocado toast on the menu was $15 but it waa $17 on the bill.

Not happy

I was very disappointed that the Jacuzzi was not working and also the room was extremely loud. The AC sounded like a motor of a car and there was very few amenities in the room no shower cap no Q-tips nothing on the bathroom counter. Also, I noticed some guests received a gift bag and we did not receive one and also I’m an AMEX platinum member and my room was not upgraded or even offered for upgrade. Our room was changed once because of noise but the second room is not much better. I was extremely disappointed in this property.

The hotel staff were very friendly and check us in quickly and efficiently. The room was very comfortably and clean. My only issue was with the interactive guest services via the TV did not work.

While we didn’t take part of any of the spa services, this hotel seemed to be just that - a hotel. The lobby and entrance were nice but the room was a basic room. The bed was mediocre maybe on the hard side, not plush at all. The towels were rough, like no fabric softener was used. However, the front desk staff was absolutely pleasant and very friendly.
