Dirty.

the hotel needs some updates. The floor boards were really dirty and in terrible condition. I’m very disappointed, we stayed here a few years ago and it was great, this definitely wasn't the same type of experience. The room was really dirty, there was dust everywhere and the furniture was in terrible shape. I have small children so a dirty room is definitely not okay. There were hairs everywhere and brown smudges on the restroom door. Won’t be staying here again.

Walter and Raymond were excellent staff—class acts who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Honestly, they belong at a higher-end hotel. The hotel itself was fair for the price, but it comes with some trade-offs. The presence of wildlife was noticeable, and the overall environment didn’t feel particularly family-friendly. The parking garage, in particular, felt sketchy, with activity that raised concerns and warranted vigilance. While the service was outstanding, the surroundings made for a mixed experience.

The only problem I had was that the shower mixer wasn't working right. You could get cold or hot water, but not warm. Other than that it was a decent older hotel. Staff was nice. Lots of fast food choices right next door, but it wasn't noisy.

This place was not like the photos. The room was dirty, the bedding was stained, room smelled like cigarette smoke. People lurking everywhere, drinking, being loud the entire night. Horrible service. The parking lot is sketchy. Do not book here

I had to move rooms twice..first time was cause they gave us a double beds instead of bunk beds and the air conditioner vent was broken! Our second room the bunk beds were dirty our tv was broken and cracked and it smelled like cigarettes..I have 2 boys with asthma and it was a horrible night for them couldn’t sleep!

They over booked the hotel and canceled our stay and did not email nor call us and my family came from Los Angeles. At 12am I had to look for a hotel that had rooms available. This hotel had poor service
