I was in town for the marathon and I wanted to do late check out so I could shower after the race. I asked for this at check in, was told I could, and confirmed that they would not charge a fee for it. I got back from the race and was locked out of my room. Went to the desk to deal with the issue and they let me back in. While I was in the shower, the cleaning lady walked in because she hadn’t been told the room was still occupied. I left and was later charged $30 for that late check out. Tried to reach out for a refund and got NO RESPONSE. You’re better off in a tent. Avoid this place completely.

Grossed out with filty, feces, urine, drugs smell

Worse expierence ive ever had in a hotel: the hallways, carpet were extremely dirty, filty smelled like feces, urine, drugs, weed, dark stains on carpet. A lot of homeless in the halls. The evevator was the same: Water on the hallway and the luanderomat where ppl walked. A Dogbran into my room without consent fr next room. Loud, not peacefull.fridfge had water leaked onto the room floor and was wet all the time used towes to keep it dry. WOrj

I left some items in a bag and called later that afternoon after I had checked out. They said there was nothing in the room, I left the bag inside the door. They lied and said nothing was found. The front desk just cut me off and did not want to hear what I was saying

I arrived and there was people outside just drinking and being drunk in public. The keys kept deactivating and had to reset them. The hotel room still had pee on the back of the toilet. I woke up with a cockroach on my head and then more by my feet. I want a refund

Saw 8 police on property arrest a fugitive. Not what I want to see when I stay at a hotel. Hallways smell badly like dirty wet dog. The owner you can tell doesn't care about the place. It's awful.

This location looked nothing like the photos online. Absolutely nothing. It was chock full of drug addicts and transients. Our room got moved from our original booking and we were not told it had an adjoining room door. It was paper thin. The addict next to us sang and whistled NONSTOP for over 12 hours. Semi softly. But the door was so thin it sounded like he was singing in our room. We didnt get any sleep. At all. Super unsafe area. Took my dog out to pee and there were no less than 5 random transients staring at us, posted up all over the property. They made all kinds of loud noises and we were worried about our cars. The website photos are a lie. Its run down and unsafe and loud
