The food, drinks and service were great. The view at the resturaunt is spectacular. The beds were good, the water presure was adequate. Very spacious rooms. With widows closed the rooms were very quiet, never heard the airplanes flying over head or any noise from the street or fellow hotel goers. Security is on site, and always felt safe, neighborhood feels safe as well. Clean area, lots of shopping.

The location in Little Italy is fantastic. Staff was luke-warm on arrival but at check out the woman that assisted us was fabulous. Parking at $55 per night is ridiculous but what are the options in the area? Might return it was a change from my usual location in SD.

For the price you pay this hotel is not worth it. I found it dirty and rooms very small. The chair in our room was so dirty the arms were black and the under the cushion looked liked it never was cleaned. The only convenience was you were within walking distance restaurants and harbour.

The hotel looked Amazing in the photos. It looks nothing like that in person. It’s old and very small. The only good thing was the location. A block from little Italy
