The room service options were difficult to figure out and we did need a maintenance call while we were there. It took a very long time for someone to come assist us and by then we had resolved the issue on our own.

The place they sent us was nothing like the pictures . When we arrived they also said they did not have our room ready and it was right after check in, so they said they felt “obligated” to give us a room , so they sent us to the tower where we originally thought we had made a reservation for, but instead of giving us a riese room they sent us to an annex, building was not very good, far away from things. We never got our toileteries re filled , restaurants at the hotel were not good for the cost. Pool area was nice.

Marina Tower

Marina Tower is newly renovated and gorgeous! Great price for what you get. Views are amazing. Lanai is older building with only 3 floors. Probably in need of upgrades. But their areas hot tub is perfect temp! The Marina Tower Hot Tub was warm bath water.

It was nice amazing views just put sheets with stains in them when housekeeping changed sheets during stay gave us strained sheets

Beautiful room with excellent view of the marina; excellent food and drinks as well as an engaging bartender, Bridget, all of which made our stay an overall outstanding experience.
