Basic motel type. Upstairs occupants tended to be a tad noisy. The hot water in the shower worked intermittently and the refrigerator froze everything. Be sure to tell the staff you didn’t use the safe or you’ll be charged $1.60 per day. The staff were pleasant and I have stayed here several times so if that tells you anything

We were disappointed when we read a sign at the reception desk that said "We are understaff. Please be patient". That was unfortunate because what it means is that the hotel has decided to use its workers by overworking them even though we are paying a good amount for each night. We were disappointed that the bathtub did not have a plug, we had to ask for one and wait for one to be found. Then once we got it, we noticed we had no hot water. We called three times and it was never fixed. We also were disappointed that we didn't have any glasses to drink with, just paper cups for coffee. Despite these shortcomings, we felt the staff was trying their best to meet our needs. It looks like this hotel has gone corporate and they are not looking to please their guests but to make money off of us. Very disappointing!
