Lovely Little Italy location

This is the perfect location! Although the breakfast offerings were meager, there are amazing places to eat and then a little market nearby. It's within walking distance of everything! Beautiful view of the harbor and the little Italy plaza from my balcony.

Great location, nice property (under construction), limited parking space, very poor design of parking access and exit. There are minimal parking spaces outside the hotel. However, overall, it's a good location with easy access from most of downtown San Diego.

I spent just shy of $1,400. I should have seen the red flag to begin with. As soon as we checked in the gentleman working at the front desk had answered the phone and dealt with a customer. When he hung up he said boy customers are so needy they want service and they've only been here one day. I should have known at that point that this was going to be a problem stay. Second thing that happened is the card reader in the elevator does not work properly. You tap and tap and tap your room card and the floor doesn't light up until you have tapped it at least five or six times flipping the card all different ways. Then we did not get service for our room for 2 days I went down to the front desk and asked if we can get service being that we are staying a week and they asked if we wanted service every day or towels. I said I would like towels everyday and a full service every other day. When it came our day for full service they skipped us. I went down to the hotel desk and asked if I could just get some fresh towels keep in mind this is at 5:00 p.m. Come 10:00pm I still never received the towels I had to go down very abruptly and ask for towels, I did not think this was a big ask being that I am staying in a hotel. They said they would send someone up 30 minutes later someone shows up with sheet. I said I don't need cheats I need towels. Then he finally gets the towels. I did not think this would be s

The hotel was clean, staff are friendly and close to the area we are going. However, lack of parking is the headache. We paid parking fee but still we end up not having a parking spot. Hopefully, they can add more parking in the future.

They were doing renovations during our stay. It was frustrating as we had to change elevators to get to the lobby. Once the renovations are finished, we would stay there again. On a side note, I think it should state in the comments that there are renovations happening.

An unexpected stay. We got in on a wed morning stayed at a hotel that just wasn’t accommodating. The next morning looked into the hotel there was a room with all that was going on in San Diego we were able to get the room and check in right away. Friendly staff, clean and made the rest of our stay comfortable and enjoyable
