my 2nd time staying here and love the location. I would have given 5 stars EXCEPT for the phone call I received at 7:30 am to move my car in the garage due to construction, I was beyond inconvenienced and couldn’t fall back asleep AFTERWARDS.

We didn’t have a beach view but enjoyed our visit in the off-season when it is thankfully quiet, the staff is nice and helpful, coffee shop convenient for husband has-to-have am coffee. On promenade and close to many restaurants and cafes, grocery store, etc. Narrowest parking spots I have seen since NYC pay to park garages, bring your smallest vehicle.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a great view but we were right on Mission Beach boardwalk so could be a little noisy at times. One evening we had a Hari Krishna group doing their thing under our balcony but they eventually moved on. Close to lots of good food options. Ice cream at Pacific Beach Ice Cream is the best!
