Overall the hotel was a great location, in between 0.7 miles to little Italy and 0.5 miles to gaslamp, The room itself was a good location away from the elevator. Room was clean and great condition. The only downside the room was the water pressure of the shower head.

The shower and sink water pressure was so so low, and the partition on the bath tub was so inconvenient. The location was however great. It was about 10 minute walk to the harbor or Little Italy.

First let me say I absolutely love Westin hotels. I choose them over all hotels because the beds are comfortable. Staff were great. My issue was with the cleanliness of my room. Pulled back the spread it was stains all over cover, went to take a shower make up all over towels, shower was nasty. I called the front desk they sent a security officer to my room to tell me I had to change my own sheets. I feel like that he was a bit intimidating. He basically told us wasn’t nothing anyone could do. I could go in and on I’ll just say I was highly disappointed because I love Westin hotels never had an experience like this before. They did switch me to a suit that was only accommodating for 2 people there were three in my party so my friend and to sleep on a roll.l away bed. Then the shower in the new room had hair all in it. The Westin bay view was just a horrible experience.
