I didn’t like all those added fees, resort fee, parking, $70 daily on top of what you already paid can add up, as it is it’s already overpriced. Parking is far from the rooms, not enough handicapped parking. Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned properly, the tub was dirty. They advertised many amenities that they don’t have.

eh! not a 4star.

overall the resort was okay. however, the room was not clean, bed wasn't comfortable, AC never really worked and was extremely loud. the staff at the hotel were not rude but they were not friendly, unfortunately customer service is a thing of the past.
