The room was very nice. Cleaned perfectly. Some power switches didn’t work so we told maintenance and they right on it. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast was very nice grab and go.

Front desk staff was really friendly. The breakfast was coffee, pastries, yogurt and fruit. Honestly not bad. The building condition is really where the 3 stars come from. Pretty old/ worn down and the rooms look significantly worse than the pictures. But it’s an inexpensive hotel in a good location.

The hotel is quaint, has all the needed amenities. But most of all the location, its excellent. Staff was accommodating and professional. The only concern was it has no parking. But I managed.

The good....the location in Little Italy was excellent. The bad....the rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. The bed squeaked horribly, the A/C didn't work, the bathroom door sticks, etc. Overall, Id pick somewhere else if I returned.

DO NOT STAY HERE if you're attending a conference at the San Diego Convention Center. This place was a complete disaster. The location is inconvenient, the service was terrible, and the rooms were not worth the money. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else. There are plenty of better options near the convention center—this should not be one of them. I wish I had read more reviews before making this mistake. Avoid at all costs.
