The rooms are very nice and comfortable with a very comfortable chair-and-a-half with ottoman in addition to a desk and comfortable desk chair. Sizeable bathroom. A lovely lobby area was uncomfortable due to a cold temperature. I wore my coat to eat a light dinner at the Bistro. Not fond of having to pay $22 for parking.

We didn't stay because I had a health issue and they wouldn't give me a refund. I lost $1200.00. Hotels.com should be considerate with the hotel we chose.

Bad customer service upon arrival. Also, I was not aware parking was not free so we had to pay for it at desk. If we knew there would be a parking fee we would have looked for a different hotel.

The property was nicer than expected. The in-house food options were great. The room was nice. The bathroom had some damage in the bathtub that was not totally repaired but was otherwise ok. I would definitely stay here again.
