The location is great for a quick Waymo or Lyft anywhere in the city. The staff was so nice!! The rooms are clean and have everything you'd need for a stay in the city. I'd stay here again for sure.

Very quiet hotel in Union Square which is a busy tourist area of San Francisco surrounded by many huge hotels including Hiltons and Marriotts and Grand Hyatt. I’ve stayed at all of them but this was my first time staying at this specific hotel and they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite!!! Definitely took us by surprise. The gentleman at the front desk said the hotel was sold out but honestly we never saw one other guest there. It was that quiet.
