My sons 8th birthday vacation and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel Special. Buster is a great addition to our family. My son sleeps with him every night. Will definitely return!!

Beautiful hotel with first class amenities. Neighborhood is next to Tenderloin, which is rougher. Although good location to Union Square & central to all SF. Didn’t like how expensive parking was — $85 for an overnight ($75 if not an SUV) — just seemed really expensive

Was a good stay just dont eat or drink any room items and remember almost 100 a night to valet park says they have public parking but they dont
