The hotel was in a great location next to Chinatown's dragon gate entrance, a short walk to Union Square and I felt it was a safe area. Restaurants, shopping, tour pick up were close by. The hotel staff members were so sweet and helpful. The room was easy to find and clean... I can't say enough great things about this hotel and would absolutely recommend! Thank you for making my stay in SF so perfect!🙏

It's cold in SF right now. low 50s. Didn't get to my bed till' 1:30AM.... decided to turn on the heater... and it was broken. Was already unpacked and tired from a long day & didn't want to bother trying to complain and relocate to another room. So I bundled up in extra sweats for the night. But the room got so freaking'cold. Also the water wasn't that hot when I took a shower this round. I'll stay here again, but this trip wasn't so comfy. Woke up with some sneezing and runny nose. Hope this doesn't turn into a cold. Greeting personnel was great. Person at check-out not so nice.
