Nice room, poor service mindset

Hotel is well located and the rooms are lovely, my room was wonderful. What lets this property down is the service level. The front desk team don’t really care about customers. Room service was appalling, they were banging on the door at 9am then left the room untouched until after 1pm when I had to chafe the team down. They then left the door unsecured when they finished. Really bad and this pushes me away from recommending this hotel. Simply not good enough and there was zero interest from others in the team.

A Grande Hotel

A grande hotel! Clean and handsomely decorated steps from Union Square.Definitely recommend making reservations for both Saturday afternoon tea and a table at the Starlite bar for beautiful panoramic views of the city. I would certainly stay here again!!

Cool old place.

Room was a bit small and “mid” - but it’s an old hotel. Bar was awesome. Coffee in the room was meh.
